The best Mazza dish so far (out of the 4 I have tried so far) is the Mazza's Chicken & Eggplant Dish. Try this. Btw, the baba ganooj is better than the hummus.

Mazza
Corner of 9th and 9th (900 South, 900 East), Salt Lake City, UT, USA http://www.mazzacafe.com/
This is a middle eastern restaurant we hadn't been to before. It has a yuppy atmosphere and is well laid out. The restaurant is very clean and well lit. Our waiter was attentive and interactive. I can't remember his name. The appetizers are reasonably priced. The entrees are a little on the expensive side, but judging just by the two I have tried, they are well worth the money.
The food here was pretty darn good. We started with the Hummus appetizer. This comes with flat bread and is very good. Before our entrees arrived, our waiter noticed that we were out of flat bread and brought out some more.
For entrees, we had the Musakhan and the Chicken & Potatoes Mutabbak. The Musakhan is a little flat bread purse filled with goodness and the sweet nectar of life. They use spices really well in this dish... it has a complex but very palatable flavor. The Mutabbak looks like Persian potatoes au gratin. This is thin-sliced potato pieces in tamarind sauce. Pretty darn good.
